Our Return Policy
We offer free exchanges and returns for all standard items within **30 days** of order reception. Garments must be in original condition, unwashed, and unworn, with all designer tags attached.
- Free shipping labels for domestic returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Final sale collections cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Details
Once your return arrives at our fulfillment facility, it will undergo inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within **5-7 business days**. You will receive an automated confirmation email once the refund has cleared.
How it works
Request Return
Navigate to our online return manager. Input your order ID and registration email to fetch your purchase logs.
Print Shipping Label
Select the specific items you wish to return and output your prepaid shipping label immediately.
Pack & Ship
Attach the label to the shipping package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier center.
